Description:    This little umbrella has some wonderful bakelite details.  The handle is done in 2 halves.  One half is a tortoise looking butterscotch color and the other is cherry red.  The tip is a nice mottled bakelite that looks like polished stone.  The fabric feels like rayon or taffeta.  There is one .25" hole at the tip of one of the spokes.  It's sewn on to the spoke, but can slip out of the thread if you're not cautious when opening it.  It could still easily be displayed open as shown below.  There's a tag that says "Made in Germany" around one of the spokes.   The mechanism works well and slides easily.

Measurements:    13" long and 15.5" wide when open
